16 PAX posted on a beautifully cool and non-humid morning for an “as promised” mosey fest. YHC may have forgot to mention that the mosey would be in teams and with coupons, however a mosey filled beatdown it would be. 1 FNG in attendance, welcome Pablo, so the disclaimer was provided in detail and we were off.
WARMUP
- SSH – X20 – IC
- FRANKENSTEIN – X10 – IC
- MERKIN – X10 – IC
- SQUAT – X10 – IC
Count off into groups of 4 and mosey to corner of Ballantrae/Terrazzo where a stack of coupons awaited. Each team was given a trivia question…answer correctly they got to pick from the pile, answer incorrectly and get the leftovers from the following…
- 30lb ruck
- 25lb Slam Ball
- 5ft long, 35lb tow chain
- Good old fashioned Cinderblock
Each team of 4 would have 1 representative carry the coupon until we stopped to perform exercises and switch. We stopped 5 times during the mile and a half mosey and performed – Merkins X10, Squats X10, BBS X10 each stop before passing the coupon to the next teammate and continuing on our journey. Upon arriving at our destination of the Bexley Village Dr pull up station we performed 3 rounds of morning call.
- ROUND 1 – THRUSTERS X3 – MERKINS FOR THE GROUP
- ROUND 2 – SLAM BALLS X3 – SQUATS FOR THE GROUP
- ROUND 3 – RUCK SWINGS X3 – LEG RAISES FOR THE GROUP
From here it was time to mosey back to the FOP. Again stopping approx. 6 times to swap the coupon with teammates. No exercises performed at each stop due to time constraints. Upon arrival back at the FOP we had just enough time to perform Silent 21’s once unsuccessfully and an attempt at Silent 10s unsuccessfully then time expired.

- Prayers for the family friends of 2 of our PAX who are going through something terrible in their lives. Prayers for all our PAX and their families that we continue to grow and become stronger both physically and mentally.
MOLESKIN
- Thankful for everyone posting today and allowing YHC to lead such an incredible group of HIM. Mumble chatter was on point as usual even the anti-mumbler (Haka) got heavily involved in the action and had to be shushed a few times by yours truly (what an honor).
