YHC rolled out of the fartsack looking to start Monday off with a good ol’ fashion beatdown. Heading out the door, YHC pulled up to the boneyard with 9 other PAX looking for the same thing. Circling up, we confirmed it was a Chowdah Q. Disclaimers were given, core principles/credo reviewed, Ikea gave us the Comanche war cry, and we kicked things.
The Warm Up:
- 20 SSH (IC)
- 10 Windmills (IC)
- 10 Frankenstien (IC)
- 10 Merkins (IC)
- 10 Baby Arm Circles (IC)
- Mosey over to Brighton Lake Rd
The Thang:
- 4 exercises- 20 reps each exercise. Each set of exercises completed at each lightpole on the left side of Brighton lake heading westbound.
- Merkins
- Burpees
- Carolina Dry Docks
- Supermans
- About half way down Brighton we switched the 4 exercises and any one-sided exercise was EW
- Squat
- Lunges
- Bird-dogs
- Shoulder Taps
- Once we got to the end of Brighton we traveled back over to Terrazzo and split up into 3 groups
- Alternating sprints/slowsey between light poles.
- Once back at the start we finished with 5 minutes of Chowdah yoga.
