Volunteering our time and effort is one of the major pillars for F3, not just on the third F. But volunteering to Q, or volunteering to lead a second F. This past week was volunteer appreciation week, YHC wanted to provide the PAX with some information about volunteering and get us moving.
The Warm Up:

The Thang:
- We started things off with some Trivia about Volunteer week
- Then we moseyed down to the street. Started some trivia on the TN Volunteers
- HIIT
- 1 minute of exercise, 1ish minute of mosey around the district
- Exercises included
- SSH
- Merkins
- Lunges
- Monkey humpers
- Squats
- Burpees
- V-Ups
- We got the the park and did 2 rounds of three 1 minutes exercises with 1 minute of rest

- Squats
- Then we ran back to the start for 1 round of three 1 minutes exercises
- Burpees
- Merkins
- LBCs
- With about 10 minutes left we got into some Chowdah led yoga
