Shoulder Taps IC X 10

Mountain Climbers IC X 10

Mosey around Dog Park , Tennis Court and to coffee station , as we need benches to do today’s exercises .

15 Reps of below Exercises , 3 Times and  across the field and back .

Squats , Steps Ups (HW) and Lunges (HW)

20 Reps of below Exercises , 3 Times and  10 pull ups.

LBC, BBS and Leg Raises

25 Reps of below Exercises , 3 Times and across the field and back .

Monkey Humpers , Shoulder Taps and Mountain Climbers

30 Reps of below Exercises , 3 Times and 5 pull ups.

SSH , High Knees and Imperial Walkers

Run back to the court to do 30 sec Plank until 6:15.
