Mosey around the lake doing 1 Burpee per tree seen on the side of the lake.
Stop at the bridge for 100 flutter kicks. Cross the bridge doing 25 walking lunges, 25 Bear Crawls and 25 Duck walk. At the end of the bridge 100 Dying Cockroach.
Continue Mosey to the dock doing 2 Merkins and 5 Sit ups per group of trees.
At the dock, 100 LBCs.
Continue Mosey to the first gate on the East side doing 1 Burpee per tree seen on the side of the lake.
