It was a pleasure to lead the HIM on Saturday morning at the District. It has been awhile and with the new schedule it has been hard finding a slot to perform. We have also had a ton of newbies, so don’t be shy and get on the Q list.

The Thang
Short Mosey to the corner of Lake Blanche Dr. & Monroe Mdws Dr. for a little pole work.
1st pole – 1 x burpee, 1 x Bonnie Blair H/W and 1 x squat – increase 1 reps at every other pole up to 10 poles.
2nd pole – 15 x flutter kicks, 15 x leg raises and 15 x Freddy Mercury’s – rinse and repeat between alternating and stacking burpees, bonnie blairs and squats.
Line up for some Indian run back to the southside of the parking lot. 4 sets of lung walk, extended slow deep karaoke between islands heading back to start. Jail break for the finish.
