Do those reps until you drop.

Grip it tight, keep your form,

Max out strong, don’t you lack,

Warm up: Mosey, Windmill, Hillbilly, Mountain Climbers, DBA Thrusters and Freddy Mercury

The Thang – Call out the exercise, max out reps to failure and then transition onto the other exercise while we wait on the last man standing.

Bicep curls – LBC

Squats – Flutter Kicks

Bent Over Rows – SSH

Tricep Extensions – American Hammers

Shoveling – Alternating Scissors

Rotating Lunges and lap around the tennis courts

Blockees – Tappy, Tap, Tap
