In the early dawn, where the morning’s warm,
We gather as brothers, strong and in form.
A warm-up to start, get the blood to flow,
In the humid air, with a steady glow.
Running through the streets, strides so fast,
Pushing our limits, making this last.
Burpees at lights we tackle, hitting the ground,
Jumping back up, without a sound.
Step-ups on the bench, rhythm in sync,
Each rise and fall, we barely blink.
Decline push-ups, our bodies lean,
Pushing against gravity, feeling the keen.
Dips on the bench, arms start to burn,
Strength in the struggle, lessons we learn.
Bear crawl through grass, feeling the strain,
Camaraderie in effort, sharing the pain.
Indian run, a test of speed,
In the dark we push, fulfilling the need.
A warm, humid morning, our spirits rise,
Brothers in sweat, beneath the skies
