It was time for Week 2 of the annual Iron Pax Challenge and 10 PAX arrived at the Bone Yard to knock out a grueling beat down with plenty of coupon and some mosey. The work out is provided the night before and this week was a challenge based on time. YHC decided to use the soccer field at the new flag planting location at the Bone Yard to facilitate the following:
Format: This is a for time workout.
Set-Up:
• Measure out 800 meters or utilize a 200/400 meter loop. PAX should finish 800m at cone grid.
• Measure out 15 yards in a straight line with cones at the start and end.
• A standard coupon is needed for this workout.
