Five PAX gathered in the gloom with an approaching hurricane to test their strength and stamina for our third weekly beatdown in the Village (our newest AO). YHC also wanted to take advantage of the stairs, so found a way to incorporate them into a traditional “stacking format” beatdown. Belding and Hooker had their virgin posting at the new AO and became Villagers. Apnea was seen proudly sporting the F3 Fantasy Football Vest of Shame (after relieving DBA). As a side note, DBA had been wearing it so long that it could practically walk around by itself. After the beatdown, PAX gathered for Coffeeteria and fellowship at the Grind.

- 30 lunges (EW)
- 35 big boy situps
- 40 mountain climbers (EW)
- 45 LBCs
- 50 flutter kicks (EW)
- Mosey to/from village green (behind rear parking lot) in between rounds
- Mosey back to the flag
