As the gloom crept into view YHC couldn’t shake the idea of working out physically and mentally. As I traveled to the new AO to lead PAX I decided to add some fun maths to the beatdown and test those HIM who joined me in the gloom. 3 PAX (including 1 visiting PAX) dared to show up and elevate their day, Apnea provided me my winners vest for being amazing at scoring the lowest points in fantasy football. Disclaimers given and principals reviewed. Then we got into the thang.
Warm up:
- 15 SSH
- 10 WINDMILLS
- 10 IMPERIAL WALKERS
- 10 WILLIE MAZE HAZE
The Thang:
- Mosey to parking lot
- Partner up for Dora
- 100-200-300
- Merkins, squats LBCs
- Elevated maths
- All PAX SSH while YHC picks a PAX for some quick maths. For any wrong answer we run up and down the stairs.
- I must say we have some HIM- highly intelligent men because no one missed a problem.
- YHC had to make us run anyway.
- 4 Stair climbs after many SSH
- Mosey to the central fountain at the plaza for levered 30 for 30
- Two exercises
- 30 step ups (hw) : 10 irkins
- 20 step ups : 20 irkins
- 10 step ups : 30 irkins
- Mosey back to the start for some Chowdah stretches/ cooldown
