Keep it simple – Refreshing A, B, C, D … workouts

8 PAX for Thursday beatdown at the Ranch.

Warm up: SSH, Wind Mills, Frankenstein, Baby Arm Circle – IC and mosey to the field of pain.

The Thang:

At the sidewalk next to the pavilion, perform exercises starting from A, B, C, D so on as listed – Everything 20 Hard Way

Mosey to the other side of the FOP next to the club house and perform 1 Step Up Hard Way and 1 Burpee. After doing 2 Burpees Mosey back to the other side for next exercises.

For last 1 minute we tried to do Y – Yoga: Long Inhale/Exhale breathing through one Nostril. Looks like many folks did not like this.

COT: Prayers for all who are DR or injured or could not come to the beatdown for some reason.

Y – Yoga (Alternate Nostril Breathing) – seat down in relax position. Close one nostril and Inhale long then close other nostril and Exhale.
