Eleven PAX gathered in the gloom on a chilly Saturday morning at the District to test their strength and to push each other to become our best selves. We welcomed two FNGs (Backdraft and Buckner). Disclaimers were given, our 5 core principles were recited, and then we were off!

- 15 SSH IC
- 10 Windmills IC
- 10 Hillbillies IC

The Thang:
Mosey to Lake Blanche Drive
5 burpees at each lightpole, for 4 consecutive light-poles.
Indian run along trail to benches facing the lake at Cunningham Park
- 10 stepups (HW) on benches facing lake
- 10 irkins on benches facing lake
- 10 derkins on benches facing lake
- 10 dips on benches facing lake
Rinse & repeat 3X, then mosey to parking lot

- Alligator merkins / lunge walk on east side of lot
- Shuffle (leading with left leg) on north side of parking lot
- Bearpees on west side of lot
- Shuffle (leading with right leg) on south side of parking lot
Rinse & repeat 3X, then pop quiz…what is the mission of F3? 5 burpees each time someone got it wrong, until Chowdah got it close enough…a reminder of why we’re all here “The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male leadership in the community!” (And to get f’n jacked!!!!)
