7 PAX posted on a glorious day here at The Ranch for the 300 Challenge. Weather conditions were perfect with a slight breeze and slight cloud cover to shade us from the sun. Everyone was in great spirits with word that our newest 2.0 (Baby Jax) arrived into this world perfectly safe and healthy! What could be better than to strive to achieve perfection utilizing one of YHC’s favorite sports format…the challenge of bowling a 300 game…a quick explanation of how the challenge would work, the music was turned up loud and we were off…
THE CHALLENGE DETAILS
- 12 total rounds (or frames) on the scoreboard
- Each round consists of Merkins X25, Squats x25, Big Boy Situps x25, .25 Mile Sprint
- Upon return to the court mark an “X” for that frame then Rinse and Repeat
- Complete all 12 total rounds and score a “perfect game” consisting of…

- 3.00 MILES
- Finish all 12 rounds early and partner up to motivate another PAX by continuing the reps with them for remaining time
