Great morning for a good workout. I feel like everybody was ready to do some Mosey, but instead they got Light Pole Madness. 16 HIM showed up and gave it all for good Tuesday workout.
Warm up: Mosey to Roundabout for Warm up.
- Merkins
 - Shoulder Taps
 - Flutter Kicks
 - Windmills
 
Mosey to Sunlake : 5 light poles doing the following exercises on each
- 20 Lunges
 - 20 Merkins
 - 20 BBS
 - 20 Squats
 - once done sprint back to starting point.
 
Mosey to playground:
Pax will plank while one individual do 5 pull ups.
Mosey to Dock to do the following:
- 20 Step ups
 - 20 Dips
 - 20 Irkins
 - 20 Merkins
 
Bear crawl on ramp and mosey back to Flag.
