Six PAX woke up early on a Saturday for a rucktastic beatdown. A brief disclaimer and off we went.
Warmup:
10 reps IC:
- Tempo Squats
 - Windmills
 - Frakensteins
 - Tappity Tap Taps
 
The Thang
With rucks on, we shuffled to the soccer field and did the following:
- 50 Burpees (ruck off)
 - 11’s (ruck on)
- Irkins
 - Squats
 - Shuffles across the field in between
 
 
With rucks on, we shuffled to the main field hill by the dog park and did the following:
- 30 Burpees (ruck off)
 - 11’s (ruck on)
- Should Taps (ew)
 - Kneel-to-stands (ew)
 - Bear crawl up the hill, crawl bear down the hill (removed the crawl bear after 5 rounds for timing)
 
 
With rucks on, we shuffled across the main field hill by the kid park and did the following:
- 20 Burpees (ruck off)
 - 11’s (ruck off)
- Side Pull Throughs (ew)
 - Swings
 - Rifle carry up the hill, shuffle down the hill
 
 
With four-ish bonus minutes left, we shuffled to the flag and did the following to time (all OYO):
- 10 BBS With Ruck Press
 - 10 Flutters (hw) holding ruck
 - 10 Ruck Rows
 - 10 Ruck High Pulls
 - 10 BBS With Ruck Press
 - 10 Flutters (hw) holding ruck
