Beautiful morning @ the Boneyard and 12 HIM were ready to get a sweat fest brought by yours truly Big Papi!! The minute i carried the 70 pound sandbag P.I asked “What is that thing for” lol… 7:30am hit and the pain started!!!!
4 stations:
1st station: 10 thrusters —– Murder bunnies to second station
2nd station: 10 overhead press—– reverse murder bunnies to 3rd station.
3rd station: 10 Blockies—- mosey around playground to workout station for the following:
7 pull ups
10 merkins
10 BBS
5th Station:
10 squats
10 shoulder taps
Repeat 3X
Mosey to soccer field:
Suicides: Pax will partner up and do relay suicides with 5 burpees at the other end while doing the following exercises:
- Merkins
- Squats
- LBC’s
- Flutter kicks
123 Dora:
- 100 BBS
- 200 LBC’s
- 300 Flutter kicks
Dora’s were cut short to do our last mosey to the flag. I directed the men to follow me, but others decided to take a shortcut! Lol
