Warm up: SSH, Frenkestine, Wind Mills – IC, one round of circle burp.
Mosey around the Tennis court to the roundabout. Grab a line and do one burpee followed by broad jump to the next line – 1 round.
Mosey back to the parking lot next to the BB Court.
Stationed at the light pole, following exercises are performed.

Mosey around the Dog Park and Tennis Court.

20 leg raises with raised Block, 20 Big Boy Setup to Block raises, dying Cockroach
Rifle carry the block to the next light pole and back.

20 Block Swings, 5 Blockie
Walking Lunges to the next light pole (with the block) and back.
