- Mosey to 1st lightpole, then 5 BBS, 10 merkins, 15 squats. Rinse & repeat at each of the next 6 lightpoles
- Mosey to 8th lightpole then 5 Blarts, 10 monkey humpers, 15 SSH. Rinse & repeat at each of the next 6 lightpoles
- Mosey to 15th lightpole, then 5 burpees, 10 mountain climbers, 15 sumo squats. Rinse & repeat at each of the next 6 lightpoles
Mosey to Bexley Elementary parking lot
- Start at first lightpole; 10 wide arm merkins
- Shuffle left to 2nd lightpole, then 10 diamond merkins
- Shuffle right to 3rd lightpole, then 10 incline merkins with hands on curb
- Shuffle left to 4th lightpole, then 10 derkins with feet on curb
- Lunge walk to 5th lightpole, then 10 hand release merkins
Mosey back to field
