Great morning weather here in Lutz, FL. It was 73 degrees, but YHC made sure to raise that temperature by few degrees in today’s beatdown in the gloom. PAX arrived on time, flag was planted and we went to work…

The Thang:
Warmup at BB courts;
- SSHs IC x20
- Merkins OYO x20
- and then a long Mosey
New workouts to try;
- Leg Worms. In crab walk position, pull knee leg under and into Plank, then in sane direction flip back to crab, OYO x5 in each direction
- Reverse Burpee, OYO x10
- Egyptian Walk, carry coupon to each end of free throw line squat x3. Was in an air chair while moving sideways by any means possible
Repeat all 3 workouts
Mosey time again;
- Big Bear Squares. Bear crawl two parking spaces to right, then crawl bear to end of space, go left and then forward to starting location. Reverse all the way back around
Repeat BBSs.
Mosey to roundabout;
- Blimps and run at big roundabout. x2 Pax ran the outside of sidewalk around the big roundabout while x3 did burpees, then flip positions… repeat (Completed the Blimps with some heavy breathing)
Mosey to parking lot;
- Step ups, 3 parking spaces to right, then reverse
Repeat
- Side lunge, 3 parking spaces to right, then reverse
Repeat
Mosey to BB courts for Marry;
- Wipers. OYO x20
- LBCs. IC x20
- Sweat Angels. IC x10
- Bobby Hurley. OYO x12
COT
- Asked for prayers for @bartman safe travels to SF
- Asked for prayers for @no-see-um and his wife for her work related stuff
- May we continue to be strong leaders, fathers and continue to influence others in a positive way
