5 Pax got it going this morning at the Ranch. Weather conditions were great and YHC was ready to get back to business following a fun 2.0 workout. Weinke in hand and a beatdown in the gloom.
Warm Up
- IC SSH X10
- IC Windmill X10
- IC Baby Arm Circles X10 (reverse)
- IC Sit Thru X10

Mosey to Roundabout
- 25 Squats (X4)
- 20 Speed Skaters (X3) (Endo confused No-ski for Apollo Ohno)
- Exercises were performed around the roundabout at each line, alternating the exercise, while broad jumping from line to line
Mosey to Roundabout
- 20 Jump Squats (X4)
- 10 One leg squats (X3) (each leg)
- Performed the same way but with walking lunges line to line
At this point the legs are burning, YHC audibled and took out some other leg workouts to save some of the PAX rucking in the star course event Friday evening.
Mosey to Sunlake
11’s Pole to pole
- 1st round- Merkins and Wide Merkins
- 2nd Round- Leg Raises and Big Boy Sit ups (or Big Boy’s than leg raises…Grouper/Endo)
Mosey to BB courts
- IC Peter Parkers X10
- IC Jlo’s X10
- AMRAP Burpees for the last 25 seconds

Really good job done by all PAX, everyone came out with a lot of energy and pushed the pace from beginning to end.
