Slightly damp morning in the gloom but that didn’t stop these 9 HIM this morning. Some mumble chatter beforehand that @flattire┬áhas been MIA…30 seconds later he emerged! Great to see that fartsacker. Where are the rest? Men were geared up and ready to go! Flag was planted and men went straight to work.


Angle Grinder (YHC didnt practice the cadence beforehand (shame on him) and heard @vanellope‘s cute little giggle so he decided to cease the exercise)

Mosey to roundabout, circle up.

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM)

6 rounds:

6 Burpee

6 Jump Squat

6 Squat

Bonus: We got to watch Frisbee spill merlot. Great sound effects too! Sounded like Hugh Jackman in Wolverine.



Indian Run to Large Roundabout by Townhomes

12 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):

5 Burpee

10 LBC

15 Merkins

20 Squat

Run around Roundabout

Rinse and Repeat. YHC politely asked the group to not ask him how many rounds we were doing. It is an AMRAP.

Great push on this. @Sanka sure put in some serious work here. Great stuff! More sound effects from Frisbee too.

Mosey to Lake Trail

At each set of trees from the entrance to the Dock men were to perform the following:

10 Split Jacks (total)

10 Big Boy Situps

@sanka and frisbee with the sprint at the end. Great effort!



Prayers for No-Ski and Family as they are not sure of the health of their dog!

Thankful to be out and pushed by other great men!
