What a beautiful morning in the gloom. YHC up and at ’em ready to be back with these F3Lutz #HIM after a lower back tweak. Flag was planted and men went straight to work!
Warmup:
SSH
High Knees
Sumo Squat
Lateral leg raises
3-sec burpees
The Thang:
Mosey to Sun Lake.
Burpee Broad Jump to the first street light, 2 min High Knees
Walking Double Lunge to Next street light, 2 min SSH
Walking plank to the next street light. 2 min 3-sec burpees
Mosey back to basket ball courts, with some 3-sec burpees along the way as the 6 catch up
At the courts:
21’s: 21 High knees (each leg), Side Shuffle to other side, 20 Peter Parker (each side), Side Shuffle to other side, 19 High Knees, etc etc
Once finished we had 2 minutes to spare, YHC wanted to blow it out…so why not sprint! I think it was @no-ski who mentioned that he rarely lasts 2 minutes. Not sure what that was all about.
We lined up for some 50yd sprints. Managed to get in 3. I know the pax had more in them but time was up!
