3 PAX posted to the Starkey Ranch Classic 5k in Odessa to represent F3 Lutz while 5 PAX held the fort at LLR for a Vanellope led beatdown.
With the flag planted, we got straight to work

Grouper carried the F3 shovel flag to start the 5k until our first stop and called 10 Burpees OYO, 10 Mountain Climbers IC, and 10 LBCs IC.
Apnea took the flag to our second stop where we did 10 Leg Raises IC (20 Total) and 10 LBCs IC.
DBA took the flag to our third stop where we saw two other men doing some pushups on the side. We stopped just as they were finishing up and did 10 Merkins IC and 10 American Hammers.
Grouper took the flag to our fourth stop where we did 10 Burpees and 10 Leg Raises IC (20 Total).
Apnea took the flag to our fifth stop where we did 10 Burpees and 10 Leg Raises IC (20 Total). We even picked up some trash water cups left by other runners on the side of the path between the fifth and sixth stop.
Grouper took the flag to our sixth stop where we did 40 total clock merkins on the hill IC (5 IC each at 12, 3, 6, and 9)
DBA took the flag to our seventh and final stop where we did 10 Leg Raises IC (20 Total).
Grouper took the flag for the final leg and the three of us emptied the tank and sprinted across the finish line together.
We still had a few more reps to do to complete the sets. After a few waters, we did 10 Burpees OYO and 10 Leg Raises IC (20 Total)
