- Heading back south down Sunlake alternating the following exercises at each light pole: (15 total light poles)
- 20 Squats
- 15 Jump Squats

- Crab Walk around with 5 Crab Cakes at each line
- Alternating Monkey Humpers X10
Mosey to Dead end round a bout
- Bruce Lee- In between each set sprint around the round a bout
