6 PAX showed for a great sweatfest in the gloom at the Ranch. The Q called the 1 min warning and then it was time. No-see-um commented that it was a short minute…Just eager to get things started. No disclaimer needed and off we moseyed to the Sunlake roundabout.
Warm-up
Windmills x10ish (The Q tended to loose count) IC
Frankensteins x10ish IC
Baby Arm Circles x10ish IC
Merkins x10ish IC
SSH x10ish IC
Mosey to Sunlake for the Thang
5 Merkins
10 Big Boy Sit Ups
15 Squats
Mosey to the Cross Street, then back stopping 2 light poles from the start and repeat exercies. Mosey back to the cross street and back stopping 2 more light poles closer and so on.
The Pax seemed confused about the mosey, so “The cross street????” inquired No-See-um with an unsure voice. “You mean Nightshade?” Yep the Q confirmed. Vanellope wondered how far that was….about 1/4 mile replied Belding.
So off we went…..the distance a a whole lot shorter in the Q’s head as the beatdown was planned, so adjustments were made on the fly and we only came back 1/2 way.
After all the PAX made it to the end there was a quick 10 count x2
Now for the return trip….10 broad jumps and mosey 3 light poles, 10 broad jumps…..back to the entrance.
Quick 10 count and continue the Moseyfest back towards the courts stopping for a set of mucho-chesto and set of Chuck Norris or actually Jackie Chan.
Stop at the mail boxes for 2 sets of 20 dips and 10 Bulgarian squats per side.
And back to the courts for a quick plank and 10 count by each PAX.

No-see-um praised Malware for his dedication to come out for the beat downs. Commented that not many 17 year olds not “in season” would be doing it and for Belding continue to push him.
In total close to 2.5 miles of mosey. Wishing Flat Tire had posted. Working toward the Savage Race and need to get my mosey tightened up it its going to happen.
