As usual weekend YHC had planned for ruck around the community at 5:30 am. The flag was planted at the BB court (usual place) and YHC started rucking towards the Sun Lake and back. Grouper joined him to ruck further towards the reserve with the expectation to spot some deer while the sun is coming up. We ended up spotting a baby gator that jumped in after seeing Grouper.

When we returned to the BB court, one of the employee of the club house was walking away with the shovel and the flag. Glad we saw him. He was saying, “This does not belong here”. Then YHC asked for the flag and claimed that it belongs to their workout group that was planted during and until the workout. Without much of effort he returned the flag but dropped it. Huh.. YHC asked him to do Burpees as punishment for dropping the flag… with some confusions, he replied that he will do it tomorrow. Hope he will post it.

It was 7:30 Vanellope joined the group and 3 amigos were on the move.

Warm up: 5 Burpees OYO, 10 Frankestine IC, 10 SSH IC, 10 Squats IC

The Thang: Mosey around the lake

1st Lap: 10 Stops and did below sets in turn:

#1#  3 sets of  1 Burpee, 2 Groiners, 3 Jump Squats

#2#  30 LBCs, 20 Flutter Kicks, 10 Leg Raises

Mosey to the Playground for 5 sets of 3 Pull ups and 3 Big Boy Situps.

Boys wanted more pain and exited for the second lap.

2nd Lap: 4 Stops to do below sets: In this lap, Boys found someone on the way to catch by sprinting. Looks like the target gave up on the boys just before the catch.

#first#    3 sets of  1 Burpee, 2 Groiners, 3 Jump Squats

#then#  30 LBCs, 20 Flutter Kicks, 10 Leg Raises

4th set was at the dock. Since YHC was dragging little behind, boys got some extra credit by doing some Dips while waiting.

Mosey back to the BB Court and did the 5th set of

#first#    3 sets of  1 Burpee, 2 Groiners, 3 Jump Squats

#then#  30 LBCs, 20 Flutter Kicks, 10 Leg Raises

Time for some fun and show up:  5 sets of

5 Heap Thrust,  5 Monkey Humpers, 5 Butt Kicks

5 Burpees OYO to wrap the Last minute.
