Burpees, Blocks & Mosey – Rinse & Repeat

Perfect 70 degree February morning in the gloom for the men of F3 Lutz.

A lot of ground to cover, so straight to work.

Mosey to round about

SSH IC x 15
Frankenstein IC x 15
Cotton Pickers IC x 10
Baby Arm Circles IC x 10 (each arm)

Indian run to Sunlake
Burpee mile to cross section at Peppergrass
5 burpees at every other pole (40 total)

Plank while waiting on all PAX

Mosey across Sunlake to Primrose to Groupers house

Grab bricks, 3 sets of following:

20 block curls
20 overhead presses
20 block swings
20 flutter kicks
(Rinse and repeat- point of emphasis on the rinse, as the sprinklers were turned on mid way through facing all PAX).

Mosey back across Sunlake to Peppergrass

Burpee mile back toward LLR blvd, again completing 5 burpees at every other pole (40 total)

Bruce Lees while waiting on all PAX

Indian run back to playground

Morning call- 5 Merkins each while 1 PAX completes 5 pull ups; 35 total merkins and 5 pull ups per PAX.

Slowsy to pavillion
One set of balls to the wall and one set of wall sits

To the field of pain- 6 mosey / wind springs the length of the field

Slowsy to b-ball courts and finish up with 10 burpees.

@Belding and @Vanellope also completed a Nutrition Challenge penalty as all PAX cheered them on (25 flutter kicks each chosen by @DBA

Great to be a part of this great group of men leading our families, each other and the community. Nice to see positive results for many PAX with the nutrition challenge as it comes to a close- this is just the beginning!
