Cool Saturday Morning (looks like winter is starting for Florida), 12 PAX (including one FNG – Goose) ready for the beatdown.

As suggested by some folks during the Ruck day, YHC has planned to do a beatdown including mosey.

7:30 AM and we started with quick warm up:

12 SSH IC, 10 Overhead Air Press IC, 10 Frainkestine IC

Mosey towards Sun Lake Blvd for the Thang:

Keep mosey north bound doing below exercises in each pole – up to 6th pole.

  • Incremental Burpees at each pole (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) 
  • 10 Squats
  • 15 Merkins
  • 20 Walking Lunges (easy way)
  • Mosey to the next Pole

At 6th Pole do a set of Bruce Lee. SSH or Plank to wait for the Sixes

Slowzy to the next poll and to start next round:

Keep mosey north bound doing below exercises in each pole – up to 6th pole.

  • Decremental Burpees at each pole (5, 4, 3, 2 and 1) 
  • 5 Squats
  • 5 Merkins
  • 10 Walking Lunges (easy way)
  • Mosey to the next Pole

At 6th Pole do 30 Big Boy Sit Ups. SSH or Plank to wait for the Sixes

Quick water break to recover and Indian run towards the LLR Lake Bridge.

  • 1 set of Bruce Lee on the way to wait for the Sixes

Slowzy to the middle of the bridge and Bear Crawl to the other End (west side)

After the Bridge – Mosey OYO to the Dock but stop at every group of trees and do 1 Burpee

At the Dock:

  • 20 Big Boy Sit Ups. Endo wanted to do another 20 sets to wait for the Sixes. Lets do it!!
  • One set of 20 Step Ups (easy way), 10 Ierkins, 5 Box Jump

Mosey back to the parking lot next to the BB Court for some Relay.

PAX were divided to 3 groups of 4.

4 PAX were spread out – 1st at the starting line in front of the club house, 2nd at the light pole, 3rd in front of the Mail Box and 4th in front of the next light pole.

  • 1st PAX will do 2 Burpees and Sprint to the 2nd PAX. 1st PAX will mosey back to the start line
  • Then the 2nd PAX will do 5 Squats and Sprint to the 3rd PAX. 2nd PAX will mosey back to the start line
  • Then the 3rd PAX will do 5 Merkins and Sprint to the 4th PAX. 3rd PAX will mosey back to the start line
  • Then the 4th PAX will Sprint back all the way to the start line

In the second round, each group changed the position of the PAX.

It was just starting to be fun and it is already 8:30. Haka wanted to do more rounds of it but have to save for next time.

COT:

  • Prayers for No-See-Um and Sloppy Joe as they are doing 24 Hours Tough Ruck. Wish they will finish it it strong and no injuries.
  • Prayers for our families, 2.0s and people around the world that the pandemic will end soon and life will be normal.

It was nice to get Cafeteria and 2nd F after the beatdown. Prayers for the recovery of the POTUS, families, games, current politics and useless gossip around massage and strip clubs were what we covered 🙂
