COT

Keep up with the nutrition challenge! Look into the GrowRuck event: May- hosted by F3Sarasota.

Prayers: Urkel brought up to keep our prayers and thoughts to those in Trinidad & Tobago, rough times with some political instability and civil unrest. Pray for those effected and for peace.

Thankful for the weather, the great group of guys to stick it out for the rainy BD, thankful for safety when thinking about those in Trinidad and Tobago, thankful for the M’s. Prayers for those who couldn’t make it to the BD for health reasons, prayers for those who are currently battling COVID-19, prayers for those who have something on their mind but can’t/won’t talk about it at this time.

Happy Valentine’s day, show your loved ones you care.
