Many PAX were really pushing it here. Special shout put to @No-See-Um with the fastest time of 5:46. Additional PAX which broke 7 min- @Haka, @Miley and @Dillio also killed it.
Once finished, each PAX confirmed their individual time and then either did some mosey and/or helped push their fellow PAX to complete their 100 burpees.
Honorable mention for @Cheesehead, @Hooker and @Urkel for really pushing through! Nice to see such drive and commitment to get better every day.

Had much more planned but all of the burpees and DORA made for a quick 45 minutes of pain!!

Prayers for @No-See-Um and his family as they prepare for their upcoming move this summer. I think I speak for many when I say we appreciate all you have done not only F3 Nature Coast, but what you and F3 have done for many of us personally. Life is all about adapting to change, overcoming obstacles and making the best decisions that make both you and your family and friends better. We’re excited for your opportunity and you’ll be missed, but we expect frequent visits and for you to stay connected. Especially in the wintertime when the weather is not quite as nice in GA. 😁
Personally, F3 has played a major role in helping me to adapt to a new community and a new state. Moving here almost 4 years ago, my family and I knew almost no one and were moving across the county for the second time in 2 years (GA to TX to FL). I was fortunate enough to connect very quickly to this great group (because of @No-See-Um and his M) of men and I’ve made some friends I’ll have forever. Mostly because of F3, my transition to FL was seamless and a drastically different experience from when I moved from GA to TX. Not only that, but I’m confident I’m in the best shape of my life and am motivated to feel better, be better and be healthier every day. My hope is that many can relate and this group continues to have the same impact on others.
It’s nice to see how we have grown and the group has exploded over the course of the last 6-12 mos, especially in the midst of a Pandemic! Let’s keep it going!
