4 Pax in attendance for a rainy and windy morning at the district. I truly forgot that all burpees count!! lol. 5:30am hit and the workout began.
Warm up:
- SSH
- Windmills
- Merkins
Workout:
Mosey to end of parking lot for suicides:
- 1 Round: Merkins and Squats
- 2 Round: Jump squats and BBS
- 3 Round: Mountain Climbers and Jump Squats
Mosey to 2nd stop:
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Shoulder taps
- 10 LBC’s
At this point I had to modify the Q due to the rain. We mosey to the roundabout to get the heartrate going. From the roundabout we mosey to the Flag ( which by the way was not there) missed the flag.
- Once at our starting point:
- 10 Steps ups
- 10 Irkins
- Freddy Mercurys
- 3 laps around the Concession booth/Bathrooms: ( I kept on wondering why the guys were doing burpees instead of SSH whenever we waited for the last man) lol!!!!! All Burpees count!!!!!!!!
- Bear Crawl – Jump squats
- Bear Crawl – Burpees
- Bear Crawl – BBS
- 2 laps around the Concession booth/Bathrooms:
- 10 walk Lunges – Merkins
- 10 walk Lunges – Mountain Climbers
- 10 walk Lunges – Burpees
