At each light pole around the field (8 total poles) complete all 4 exercises.
10 burpees
20 monkey humpers
30 reverse lunges
40 flutter kicks
Oh and Apnea showed up later than usual (1/2 way through the first pole).
Back to the start for a quick sip then off to the “exercise” area.
PAX pick a station and complete AMRP while the PAX doing burpees completes 10. Then a quick lap around the loop and switch until everyone completes each station. Plan was for 2 full rounds but Belding called an audible and skipped the mosey to make sure everyone got to the 100 burpees needed to start the day.
