10 Pax showed for a painful workout, Burpee Madness!!!!
Grouper took the lead since I was running late this morning. Had the Pax doing 1000 Burpees, then I showed up!! “Oh boy doing this, and now Big Papi’s is going to Mosey to death” Vanilla Ice.
Mosey halfway around field and back to flag
Warm up:
SSH IC x 15
Frankenstein IC x 15
Windmill IC x 10
Merkins IC x 10
Shoulder Taps IC x 15
Mountain Climbers IC x 15
Squats IC x 10
Mosey to end of the field near dog park and hill:
20 burpees OYO
Partner up for some DORA 1,2,3
One partner completes each exercise while other completes mosey to the flag and back.
One added twist- each partner would complete 5 burpees each time they met at the end of field opposite of the flag.
(Cumulative reps):
100 merkins
200 squats
300 flutter kicks (hard way)
By the time the first half of the Q was completed, each PAX had completed in between 100-120 burpees (approx).
Big Papi’s take over:
Mosey to soccer field ” I promised Belding no extra mosey for this morning” lol.
Four stations set up: 3X times
1st station:
- 20 Shoulder taps
- 5 Burpees
2nd station:
- 10 Squats
- 5 Burpees
3rd station:
- 20 LBC’s
- 5 Burpees
4th station: “at this point with less than two hours of sleep time, i was already tired”
- 10 Merkins
- 5 Burpees
Suicides: 2 stops (2X times)
- 1st stop: 5 Merkins
- 2nd stop: 5 BBS
Mosey to flag to end this painful workout. it felt like we did 200 burpees!!!!
