PAX: Chowdah & Hooker
YHC was joined by most of the Monday faithful with the exception of Apnea, who let us know the day before he’d relaxing on an island instead. Given the ventran crew, and an aggressive plan, we got right into it.
Warm-Up: (All IC)
SSH, Tappity-Tap-Taps, Baby Arm Circles, Windmills. Followed by the only, and very short Mosey to the starting point.
A couple weeks ago, Chowdah started “1,000 rep Monday” as a great way to kickoff the week. He successfully led the PAX to 1,000 reps, and your YHC thought we would give it a try with a couple twists. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your point-of-view), YHC was a bit aggressive in his plan. That said, 925 ain’t bad and it surely was not for a lack of effort by this crew.

Each item on the agenda was performed three rounds, with a bonus item for PAX who finished early until the 6 was in):
Round 1: 35 reps (Wall sits)
Round 2: 30 reps (Reverse plank)
Round 3: 20 reps (Al Gore)
As mentioned, we ran short on time but were able to get 15 reps of 1-5 together giving us 925 reps.
