PAX: Hooker & Apnea
YHC and Mr. Monday, Hooker, started off the week right and got a little warm-up in before being joined by Apnea. The PAX did a great job while you YHC once again had to make stuff on the fly as time estimates just is not his strong suit.

Part 1, the pre-planned part:
The PAX began with a super DORA running from the retaining wall to the street corner getting the following exercises in:
- 400 Squats
- 300 Irkins
- 200 Dying Cockroaches (HW)
- 100 Monkey Humpers
YHC was most impressed with how fast everything was moving along, and came up with part 2 while regretting picking irkins at all.
Part 2, the plank cycle:
The PAX lined up next to the “outhouse” with an idea your YHC concocted. The idea being one PAX ran around the outhouse while the other two held a type a plank. The PAX would tag each other in and out of moseying and holding the plank and once all three had completed a mosey, would switch to a new plank and repeat. The planks:
- Regular Plank
- Side Plank Right
- Side Plank Left
- Reverse Plank
Once again, the PAX blew through the idea, so we did a second set.
Part 3, let’s kill four minutes:
The PAX followed the QIC to the soccer field and did two rounds of the following:
- Mosey to the halfway point of the soccer field
- 5 Burpees
- Sprint Back
Disappointed he had not gotten a curst out of Hooker, YHC threw in 5 kneel-to-stands at the end and got what he needed out of Hooker just as time expired.
COT: Prayers for Apnea’s wife getting her second COVID shot today. Continued prayers to the PAX getting ready for GORUCK.
