10 PAX in attendance for a humid, balmy morning in the high 70s and yours truly was ready to administer some bday pain with a little competition mixed in.

Race #1- Indian run back to dead end (2 groups and race to dead end)- winner picks penalty
***this is where things got interesting, as it was back and forth until the home stretch. All men were gassed by the time we got to the dead and and Team 2 won the first battle. 10 burpees were the penalty.
At the dead end:

Burpees & Monkey Humpers with bear crawls and duck walks in between from one side of the road to another.

Race #2 – Indian Run to field of pain- redemption competition – Team #1 took the crown and we slowsey’d to the field of pain for our next round of fun.
