A lot of Fartsaking on 06-15-2021 Tuesday Morning in the name of Lightning and Thunder. But 7 HIMs decided to beat the rain and get some workout in. This is just the beginning of the Hurricane season.

Warm up: SSH – 20 IC, Windmills – 10 IC, Frankenstein – 10 IC, Baby Arm Circle – 10 IC
The Thang:
Mosey around the Tennis Court and the Dog Park – 4 Laps. In every lap, we did below exercises:
On the south side of the court: [5 Merkins, 10 Big Boy Setups, 15 Squats] x 3 Sets
On the north side of the court: 3 Burpees
Plank to wait for six to start next lap.
Quick drinks and headed to the pavilion (we were keeping eyes on the lightning radar and tried to play safe).
At the pavilion: [{5 Leg Raises, 10 Split Jacks (BB), 15 Salute Plank – all hard way where required} x 3 Set, then Step up and Down 3 Picnic Tables for 3 rounds] – we repeated this Twice before the clock ticked us for the last minute.
