YHC woke up with a pep in his step excited for a BD. Arriving a little early, he enjoyed the nice cool air of a less humid morning. At 5:29 it was a little concerning he was all by himself. Went to check his phone only to see the Q was out with a fever and Apnea was a little late. With nothing else to do, YHC came up with the following beatdown:
-Run around the soccer complex
-20 Irkins
-20 step ups (hardway)
-20 dips
-20 elevated balls-to-the-sky
-20 BBS
-Repeat till time.
After one lap, your YHC was joined by Apnea and fun was had by all.
