As the time approved 530 YHC noted that it seemed a little cooler and less humid this am but it didn’t take long for that to pass the sweatfest began.

At every other light pole complete the following exercises. At the cross street circle back for the six.
20 flutter kicks (hard way)
15 squats
10 merkins
5 burpees
Quick 10 count and time to head back.
Alternate 100% and 50-75% mosey switching each time u get to another light pole.
Quick count off by 2’s and lined up for an Indian run back to the courts for a quick sip.
Off to the FOP for a little Dora.
100–don’t remember what exercise. (Guess that’s what happens when you make it up on the fly and don’t do the back last for 2 days)
200–lunges (easy way)
300–don’t think anyone got to this exercise as time was running short and the PAX headed back to the courts for a few SSH til the six was in.
