What a beautiful morning! 2 FNGs today and coming off a Lightning win for Game 1, life couldn’t be better. YHC was feeling pretty good except this cold that wont go away. YHC figured it would be smart to try to beat it of the system with excessive suicides and burpees. No bueno. Don’t try that at home. Welcome Uncle D and Petey!

Extended Extended Warmup:
At the BBall courts we completed the Following Ladder. PAX were asked if they wanted to Ascend or Descend, YHC heard “both” but luckily this did not ensue.
Descending Ladder: 10 Squats, 10 Burpees, 9, 9, 8, 8, 7, 7….
Extended Extended Extended Warmup:
At the FOP, we performed suicides, using the trees as land marks. We performed 2 of these taking a rest in between each. Some PAX decided to SSH while resting, animals! YHC explained F3 is you vs. you.
Next at the FOP we performed the following:
10 Burpees, 20 Bobby Hurleys, 30 Merkins, 40 Squats, 50 Waling Lunges
Now the real workout:
2 more Suicides at the FOP, same as above.
1 more round of the 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 as above.
Today’s lesson: Bring your water. FNG Petey will never forget. Never underestimate the power of the F3 beatdown!
