10 HIM showed up for a no mercy Saturday beatdown at the Bone Yard. The rain didn’t stop us from doing a good mosey around Bexley.
Warmup:
SSH
Windmills
Merkins
Shoulder taps
Mosey to Bexley blvd: 5 light poles, do the following.
- 20 lunges
- 20 merkins
- 20 BBS
- 10 burpees
- 20 Freddie mercuries
Mosey to 2nd stop (Around Bexley).
- 20 mountain climbers
- 10 box cutters
- 10 shoulder taps
Mosey to 3rd stop:
The following exercises for one minute:
- BBS
- Squats
- Merkins
Mosey to 4th stop:
- 10 Flutter kick (the hard way)
- 10 LBC’s
We proceeded to the parking lot for for the following exercises.
Mosey parking lot:
- First cone we started with 20 Merkins, then walking lunges to the second cone.
- Second cone 20 Squats.
- 3rd cone 20 mountain climbers.
- Lap around parking lot repeat exercises 3X.
Mosey to soccer field where we finished with the following:
20 of each of the following:
- Step ups
- Irkins
- Dips
- Dirkins ( Decline Merkins )
123 Dora:
- 200 Flutter Kicks
- 100 Merkins
Mosey back to the flag after getting soak and wet in the soccer field. Kuddos to everyone that came out to get a workout!!!!
