On the observed day for 4th of July, YHC thought the new school would be worker free and thought it would be a great time to break in a bit of the new area. Maybe it’s how well lit it is, maybe it’s been leaving Wimbledon on t.v. while working this week, but the new tennis courts was calling out for a BD.
At 5:30 YHC and Hooker did a quick warm up: SSH, windmills, and tappity-tap-taps. We then did a little mosey on over to the tennis courts.
Today’s BD was a version of 1,000 rep mondays started a few weeks back by Chowdah. The idea being there was a buy-in (or when I wrote it up I thought there were five courts, not four), then an exercise on each court. 10 stops each round, 20 reps each for 5 rounds to give us 1,000 reps.

- Court 1: Plank dips (HW)
- Court 2: Merkins
- Court 3: Calf raises
- Court 4: Leg lifts
- Buy-in 2: Freddie Mercurys (HW)
- Court 5: Pickle pointers
- Court 6: Ski-lunges (HW)
- Court 7: Lunges (HW)
- Court 8: LBCs
Following Hooker’s lead, we blazed through the 1,000 reps with a little more than 5 minutes to spare allowing for an unplanned bonus sections!
The following was performed until each time. Reach round we added one rep (started 1 rep each and got up in to the 6’s):

- Step-ups (HW)
After the name-o-rama (didn’t take long!) YHC and Hooker talked about how his foot was holding up after his injury. Like Hooker said, we’ll find out tomorrow, so prayers he wakes up ready to go!
