Stopped for some warm up: 10 SSH, 10 Frienkestine, 10 Windmills, 10 Imperial Walker in Cadence.
Mosey to Rosette Drive Repeating below exercises:
10 Split jacks (easy way)
10 Leg Raises
Indian run to the Hill of Hell. At the Hill perform below exercises – 3 sets
10 Box Jumps
10 Step ups (easy way)
Bear Crawl up, do 1 Burpee and Mosey down
Indian Run back to the Rosette Drive.
Then repeat the exercises listed in the Thang in each pole up to Long Lake Ranch Blvd.
By the time we are at the last pole before turning right at Long Lake Ranch Blvd we were left with 2 minutes.
Then time for All You Got to be back to the BB court. Sorry, we ran over 3 minutes.
