BOP:
YHC had a B.O.P. in his back pocket and we jumped right into it at 5:30:
- Burpee
- Pistol Squats (HW)
- Dip
- Derkin
- Side Step Up w/ Knee Lift (HW)
- Box Jump
The PAX started with one rep each of the exercises and then ran to the speed bump (about half of the soccer field complex). After each round, the rep count of the exercises went up by one.
Each PAX go through round 10 (10 of each) before time expired.
COT:
Chowdah shared about a friend whose 2.0 is facing a severe illness. Prayers to him and all families who have to face such a devastating circumstance.
