Mosey to end of parking lot (buying time for @Apnea in case he showed):

Mosey back toward end near building and up around toward workout stations. Stop at playground for more warm up:

Merkins IC x 10
Mountain Climbers IC x 15
Shoulder taps IC x 15

Mosey to next corner

Escalators
10 burpees
20 squats
30 merkins
40 monkey humpers
50 flutter kicks
Hold plank for 30 sec

Back down escalator
50 flutter kicks
40 monkey humpers
30 merkins
20 squats
10 burpees
Hold plank for 30 sec

Mosey to next corner and back toward starting point (full lap around fields):

11s between two medians- merkins and leg raises

Back to building

3 rounds of the following exercises, 20 reps per exercise per round
Dips
Step ups (easy way)
Dirkins

Bear crawl around building, stopping at each corner to complete 20 squats

Balls to the wall – 45 sec
Wall sits until finish (about 1 minute)

This Saturday’s beatdown (07/24) will be moved from The Boneyard (Bexley) to The District (Starkey Ranch)!! As announced on Slack, EH rucking event will immediately follow the beatdown (8:30am to 9:30am) and then coffeteria afterward.
