Count off. Pair up. 1 Partner runs around the circle, while the other completes the following exercises. 1 exercise per set. Set is complete when both partners do the exercise.
3 Big Boy Sit-ups
**Mosey/ Indian Run to BB Court (3rd Ring)**
20 sec water break
Circle up and roll the exercise DIE. Pass the die to the next person when complete.

12 HIM showed up prepared to mosey, after a fair warning from Smokey the night before… The 3 ring circus commenced with the fist ring of warmup exercises , second of “the thang,” and third of the “Die of Death.” The pax went round and round with gusto after long and endless Indian runs during the commute between the rings. Great Job by all!
