On this cool Tuesday morning, YHC wanted to get soaked with sweat and puddle of water created by the rain last night. So, the plan was to make team run around the Field of Pain. Little bit inspired by 9/11 beatdown at F3 Clearwater

With quick disclaimer and reciting core principles of F3, we headed out.

Mosey to the Round about to the East and Circle up for ring of warm up:

Mosey IR towards east gate of Lake. At the lake going towards the dock:
Easy way, 2 walking lunges, 4 Squats
4 walking lunges, 8 Squats
8, 16
16, 32
But need to do 2 Burpees before doing Lunges (Chowdah for HCing and missing beatdown #2)

Early finishers did X-Factor OYO until the sixes are in.

At the dock – Performed 3 sets of below exercises:
20 step ups
20 Dips
20 Derkins

Early finishers did X-Factor OYO until the sixes are in.

At the FOP:
At the side of the parking lot 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 Merkins
At the slope on fence side –  Big Boy Setups 10

Crawl – Bear (Reverse Bear Crawl) for 15 Yards from the field to the side walk at the Pavilion.

At the Pavilion: Wall Seat until all PAX counted to 10

Mosey to the playground:
One Pax will do 5 Pull ups in turn, until everyone do the Pull ups.

All other PAX did below exercises OYO
Flutter Kicks
Dying Cockroaches
LBCs

Mosey towards the parking Lot.

Sprint between the Light Poles for 6 rounds

6:15 and we are done!!!!
