Mosey back to picnic tables by flag, stopping in the East parking lot for a round of Mucho Chesto. At the restrooms, Wall Sit for the 6, and then continue to hold for a 10 count from each PAX.
The Thang Pt 1
3 rounds of:
Step Ups x 10 HW
Irkins x 20
Squats x 30
After each round, Duck Walk on short ends of restrooms and Bear Crawl on backside.
The Thang Pt 2
In the South parking lot, PAX line up at flag for an escalator ride. One exercise at each curb on the left:
Merkin x 10
Monkey Humper x 20
BBS x 30
Squat x 40
Shoulder Taps x 50 EW
Plank for the 6.
Same thing in reverse back to the flag. Except 10 Merkins was switched to 10 Burpees.
The Thang 2.5
Grab a sip and line up for Indian run. We had a little extra time and YHC wanted to check out the new Library area. 2 rounds of Indian run to the loop by the library where we stopped for a round of Bruce Lees.
AYG back to the flag brought us right to 6:15.
