Sprinkles, 64 degrees with wind WNW at 10mph at the Ranch this morning.
8 PAX braved the inclement weather to attend a sort of haphazard beatdown at the Ranch.
A short mosey over to the Nature View TrafficCircle for some warm-up SSHs, Windmills, BACs, overhead & seal claps, imperial walkers, frankensteins, tappity-tap-taps, and quite possibly others (this is what happens when you make it upas you go along).
Mosey over to the Long Lake Ranch Traffic Circle for some shoulder taps and tempo squats.
Mosey over to the Pavilion for a round of step ups, urkins and durkins.
Mosey back to the NV Drive traffic circle for more tempo squats and SSHs.
Mosey to the mailboxes for some Christmas kindness (dry ground) to perform some Flutter kicks, LBC and BBSs.
Mosey back over to the Pavilion for some more step ups, Freddie Mercurys and mountain climbers.
This all culminated with 5 minutes remaining to get us into the Christmas mood. YHC cued up the Bing Crosby version of Little Drummer Boy. PAX remained in a plank on the courts and completed a merkin on every “Pa rum pum pum pum”.
1 minute left for a couple rounds of circle burps.
Prayers offered for a PAX’s father in the hospital and all our family and fellow F3 brothers traveling over the holidays.
